Dr. Jalal Mouti is a Senior Certified Professional Coach and Mentor holding a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) grade from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Dr. Jalal Mouti has been coaching and mentoring for the last 20 years in areas of Life Coaching, Business Coaching, Leadership Mentoring and also Creativity, Innovation and Change Management.
ICF Members and Credential-holders worldwide work toward the common goal of enhancing awareness of coaching, upholding the integrity of the profession, and continually educating themselves with the newest research and practices.
The badge earner is a Member of the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards.
As an ICF Member, the badge earner is enrolled in an accredited coach training program or has completed 60 hours of training aligned with ICF standards, and commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
- Completion of at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.
- Completion of at least 100 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.
- Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach.
- Submission of a completed application for the Associate Certified Coach Credential.
- Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Associate Certified Coach level.
- Completion of at least 125 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.
- Completion of at least 500 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.
- Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach.
- Submission of a completed application for the Professional Certified Coach Credential.
- Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Professional Certified Coach level.
- Completion of at least 200 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.
- Completion of at least 2,500 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.
- Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach.
- Submission of a completed application for the Master Certified Coach Credential.
- Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Master Certified Coach level.
- Hold or have previously held a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
